By using EfewaliComms services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Our Services

We offer IT support services including software testing & QA, global service desk, IT support services, and IT consulting. We will provide these services to the best of our ability within agreed timeframes and service level agreements.

2. Payment Terms

Fees are based on the services provided and will be communicated in advance via a formal proposal or statement of work. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services if payment is not received.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all information provided by you or obtained through our services. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not responsible for loss of data or damage to equipment resulting from third-party software or hardware.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for all outstanding fees for services rendered. Any ongoing support contracts will be prorated accordingly.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Espoo, Finland.
